Good layout, very comfortable beds, well equipped with all that we needed for our stay and it was very clean in all respects. Plenty of bird life in the garden to watch whilst relaxing and if that isn’t enough there was a large tv and good Wi-Fi

Very clean and well-equipped apartment. Quiet location but close to main street of Blackheath. Friendly hosts, and great information pack inside. Mary & Martin had clearly put a lot of thought into the decor, and had even added a few Christmas features due to our mid-December stay. The food supplied for breakfast was plentiful and varied.

A/C unit is in the lounge area and not the bedroom, so it was necessary to leave the bedroom door open to keep cool at night. (probably not a problem during most of the year up in the cool mountain air)

Very clean, spacious, well equipped apartment. Luvly garden that u can use. Close to restaurants. Very generous supply of breakfast items. Host very friendly and accommodating

Nice morning sun, after that Apartment a bit dark. The tiles in kitchenette area and bathroom are freezing cold. Maybe a rug or a couple of mats could help. A little bit of shampoo/conditioner would be nice, just for a day or two. A little bit too much info about the area's history ...right when u arrive.

A wonderful stay! Martin gave us a very warm welcome including a tour of the apartment, lots of fabulous recommendations and a brief history of the Blue Mountains area. Martin and Mary were very accomodating but also gave us our privacy. We really appreciated the milk, English muffins, spreads and chocolate that was left for us. Although the heating in the living area does take some time to warm up as per other reviews, this wasn't an issue as there is an additional heater in the bedroom and the extra blankets kept us very comfortable and warm for our July stay. We hope to visit again to check out the recommendations we missed this time!

Great studio apartment ,great location and exceptional host.Martin took the time and trouble to show us around the property and suggested look - outs to explore and other places of interest.

Air conditioning unit took a long time to warm up. The sheets were good quality but rather stiff and felt cold. I would suggest perhaps cosier sheets as the bedroom was rather cool. Also on returning to property at night, side entrance not lit, was very dark, had to use phone light to navigate path.
