We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Little Fire cabin. The cabin was clean and laid out well. There are 2 more cabins in the vicinity, so it was not very secluded. However it was not a problem for us. The adults spend a lot of time by the fire with ample firewood provided by the host. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We didn't realize that the bath robes were provided, so we lugged our own. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. There was no electric griddle as advertised, but we made do with the provided pans for pancakes. The tankless water heater was nice. We were able to run the dishes, laundry and 2 showers without running out of hot water. Keep in mind that the kids room is pretty small with 6 bunk beds built in closely on top of each other. The spaces between the bunks are very small. We jokingly called them "concussion beds" and our kids ended up with lots of bumps on the head from them. Our kids were older 10-13, so it was more of an issue for us. Had they been very little, I am sure it would not bother them as much. Overall, I would definitely recommend this cabin. The host was very responsive and fixed any small issues we had promptly. The location is very convenient, minutes away from all amenities that Hochatown has to offer, but still secluded enough to have herds of deer run by the windows at dusk. We truly enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

We had a great stay! The house was great, very clean and just a few small details that were not perfect, but nothing that took away from the trip. We would definitely stay at Little Fire again!

We had a wonderful stay at Little Fire! Everyone got the much needed rest they deserved and some great shopping and casino time! The cabin was exactly what we needed and perfect for my grand daughter who is 18 months and my mother who is 77! The swing bed on the back porch was a hit for my brother who slept every night on it! To top… we all enjoyed the disc swing and games! We Cole to BB twice a year for 8 years and we would rate this trip in the top 3! Thank you!

We had so much fun at the cabin. Kids loved the triple decker bunk beds and play ground and air hockey. Core memories made this week for all of us. Winter storm came through and took out the power and the owner was so quick to respond and continued to check on us. Even offered a generator on her to keep us all warm. Fortunately it wasn't needed as we got power back for good just after bedtime. 10/10 will definitely return to this one! 10th time to broken bow and this was a fave for the kids!

the cabin was more than i expected and we enjoyed every minute of it so much we were not ready to depart ; there were a couple minor defects but nothing that could not be overlooked . my family and i are looking forward to staying again , beautiful property amazinggg , such a pleasure to stay for a few nights …

Mad Max exceeded our expectations with the cabin's cleanliness and quality, amenities, and location/proximity to Broken Bow Lake and the fun restaurants/spots that Hochatown has to offer. I would definitely recommend Mad Max and can't wait to stay here again in the future.

7) Is the refrigerator turned off between guests. It takes way too long to cool down.
8) The really strict instructions throughout the cabin are okay to a point, but it does seem callous.
9) $1500 deposit seems excessive.
10) We loved the cabin, but with a high dollar amount to rent, there should not be these issues (I know I am being very picky). Thank you for letting us stay. The owner was very nice and I am sure these issues are from the management company.

Great Cabin and Location
Mad Max exceeded our expectations with the cabin's cleanliness and quality, amenities, and location/proximity to Broken Bow Lake and the fun restaurants/spots that Hochatown has to offer. I would definitely recommend Mad Max and can't wait to stay here again in the future.

The cabin was very spacious and clean! Check in and out was super easy and overall the cabin was amazing! It is close to a small town and isn't too far from all the activities on the lake and nearby! The only thing was that there were very little trash bags left and we had to buy our own dishwasher detergent and paper towels, which was said to be stocked for us. Everything else was great!

The cabin was very spacious and clean! Check in and out was super easy and overall the cabin was amazing! It is close to a small town and isn't too far from all the activities on the lake and nearby! The only thing was that there were very little trash bags left and we had to buy our own dishwasher detergent and paper towels, which was said to be stocked for us. Everything else was great!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful inside. It had everything you needed to cook. The layout of the house is fabulous and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer were nice and important for us with kids and dogs!
The only negative I could think of is that we were looking for more of a secluded cabin from other cabins and there are two other cabins in close proximity. One directly behind the cabin and one sort of in the same lot, but a distance away.
Otherwise, inside the cabin is a nice seclusion away from noise and the owners are wonderful and nice!!

The cabin was extremely clean, really nice looking, very well stocked with every possible cookware needed. We were all comfortable and had all we needed to be able to have a pleasurable experience for our daughters sweet 16. It was great that we could bring our 2 little dogs, and the location of the cabin was perfect. We’ve rented many cabins in Broken Bow in different areas and where this cabin is situated it’s perfect because you don’t have to go all the way in the back of that area. We’ve probably rented about 5 cabins in that particular area, and I really liked the convenience of this cabin. The host was awesome and if they are not a super host; they should be! Always answered all my questions immediately and was so helpful. Would definitely recommend and would definitely consider Mad Max again for future stays. Thank you for helping me make this such a memorable 4 days for my 16 year old daughter and her friends!
