No complaints what so ever

Great communication. The property was very clean. Everything was in the right place. We felt like being in our home. We spent the best Christmas so far. Thank you for your hospitality. I highly recommend. Your holidays in there will be unforgettable.

Our stay has been absolutely beautiful! So much to do in the area and the home is so cozy and welcoming! We will definitely be back!

We have rented through VRBO many times and have never found a need to complain about any of our rentals. Even now, I hesitate to give a bad review because I think the owner is new to VRBO. To her credit, the house was very clean and furnished with new and updated appliances and furnishings. Our problems started when we entered the house and the door alarm immediately went off. The owner had not told us that there was an alarm and she didn't provide us with a phone number or an alarm code. We had to put up with that shrill for over 5 minutes until it shut off by itself. At 4:45 am the alarm went off again and woke us all up to the same shrill for another 5 minutes. At no time when the alarms went off did the alarm company, the owner or the association get in touch with us to respond to the alarms. The next morning I had to go to the visitor's center to get the owner's phone number so I could call to get the door code. Also, the house was advertised as having A/C but only the first floor had A/C, not the bedrooms on the second floor. The house was also lacking in adequate towels, dishes, silverware and pans. There was no instructions as to what to do with soiled linens and towels and the hamper in the main bathroom was full of dirty towels and linens. We were also not told what to do with the trash. The only instructions were to avoid putting toilet paper in the toilet. For these reasons, I feel we are entitled to a partial refund. I will not leave a review for the owner until I hear from you. Thanks
