Upon Arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady who sorted out our booking and keys. the owner then took us on the customer journey to our room explaining everything regarding the side entrance if were late back and the main establishment was closed.
He took us up to the room and showed us where everything was. With in the room we had cereal bars ( not your standard one biscuit ) 2 bottles of water & 2 bottles of orange juice, the owner then left us to sort ourself out, and in my opinion fantastic friendly customer service, great location with great amenities.
Nothing , everything was above expectations for myself and my wife and our stay was just perfect.

The room was well clean and tidy.
It was not possible to do early check in before 14.
The surrounding area was quite noisy during night time.

quiet neighborhood but close to bus and overground lines. very comfortable. shower was a tich confusing at first but we got it sorted. lovely pub out front with friendly staff (same as inn) and patrons who make you feel welcome.

"Mi e' piaciuta molto la posizione, fuori dal caos ma comodissima alla metro e in una zona originale. Comodo il pub sotto e il supermercato di fronte. Lo consiglio."
