A fun place to stay -- authentic, "real" Egyptian apartment. Eager, friendly, and accommodating hosts. Quick response time to all of our questions/needs both pre-arrival and after arrival. Great location for groceries and catching an uber.
We thought it would be a little faster to get to the airport - but the way the roads are traveled in the area, it took about 30 minutes to arrive from airport. The neighborhood is strictly residential and so doesn't have any sort of "tourist accommodations/features" - which was fine for us, but may not be something others are seeking.

Owner is very friendly and kind, offers me ride to know the area, center location in Nasser city, fully equipped kitchen. Good value of money
Some furnitures are old, and needs to be replaced as well as old carpets, generally needs more clean.
