Well this property was somewhat disappointing . When we got there the screen to give us access to the building didn’t work and we spent almost an hour trying to get into the place. We finally got into the building by contacting the owner. Then we couldn’t get into the unit because VRBO had sent us the wrong code to enter the property. The were no clothes to wash the dishes, the pillows on the bed did not have pillow cases. Not a lot of towels so my husband washed a few but the washer left them dripping wet so he has to spin them repeatly and the dryer was not great either. Not to mention the dishes in the cupboard had lip prints on them. The kitchen appliance cupboard smelled of old grease.
We were made to feel like we were breaking into the place. Having to sneak in and out. To top it off my mother in law, my 3 daughters, and I were verbally accosted in the parkade by an elderly tenant telling us we were staying there illegally and to leave and never come back. I can only assume she knew where we were staying by where we parked. She was beyond rude. No doubt the location was great but I’d think twice before staying there again.

If you are looking for an uber clean and quiet condo with an incredible view this place is for you! The amenities are exactly as listed with lots of kitchen ware available and the beds super comfy. The owner was super helpful and available, and they even called to be sure we were comfortable with the entry directions. We were very grateful to have a warm and safe parking spot!!

DO NOT RENT!!! Beware, the owner fails to communicate. If you have any issues with your dates, checking into the unit etc, you will not be able to get a hold of the owner. Neither will VRBO. As this was our experience! We had to rent another unit for the property owners failure to communicate, and we lost all of our money. DO NOT RENT!!! If you decide to book, you will be doing so at your own risk, that the owner will fail to communicate. We have documented emails and calls to the owner and VRBO, with case numbers. Save yourself the incredible headaches that our family had to endure, and book a different place to stay that is not managed by “Stellar Properties”. Again, all of this is documented with emails, phone records and case numbers.

Some of The logistics to get to parking were very confusing, the key pad code was wrong amd the access code given to us we had no idea what it was for. The fob only having one was a huge inconvenience. Once familiar things were better, the elevated often did not work.

The property was exactly what we needed, suited all of our needs, location was perfect to Telus Center!

This modern, spacious and well-equipped property is in a perfect location to walk to a variety of points of interest and trendy streets downtown. The views from the balcony are amazing and the floor to ceiling windows on both sides of this corner unit let in so much light and give the condo a bright and spacious feel. It was well equipped with everything we needed and very clean. The building is also very safe feeling and secure.

The apartment was true to the listing and comfortable to stay in. The view of the city skyline by day and night was a highlight. Downtown and the river front were easily walkable and getting in to and out of town by car was pretty straightforward.
Highly recommended for anyone wishing to stay close to downtown for either a short or longer stay.

We stayed at the property on the final leg of a family road trip to Banff and Golden. Chose the property because of its proximity to the concert venue. Property was clean and comfortable.
A few things I think others should know before choosing it:
-There are beautiful floor to ceiling windows throughout the property. But it did make it very bright in the mornings so if you need darkness to sleep it may be an issue. And you do hear city noise despite being pretty high up.
-the instructions to get in were lengthy. The managers do a great job communicating what you need to do, but if you aren’t used to that type of security/process it was a bit overwhelming.
-not the managers fault, but the elevators were challenging at times.
-And finally if you plan to drive a large truck know that the parking garage may not work for you. Saw some full size pickups down in the garage, but felt it was tight even for my smaller SUV.
If you are looking for a comfortable, convenient location to explore Calgary from this is a good place to stay.

Short walk to saddledome/stampede park. Also closish to downtown restaurants and Calgary tower. Good size property for a party of 4 adults. Check in went well once I found the detailed instructions on how to get in. Bathrooms and kitchen were fine and functional. Bed was comfy, and the parking spot was an easy one to maneuver into. As a bonus it had an OK view of the Canada Day fireworks at stampede park. Location can be loud at night, but the windows do a really good job of blocking it out. Overall would stay again if we needed space for 4 or more people and we’re going to an event close by.

We stayed at this property for our sons wedding the weekend of June 3rd, 2023. The property was hard to access because of all the security in this area. It was very frustrating to be honest. It’s right downtown with lots of homelessness. Walking at night was out of the question. On our last night while loading up our vehicle in the designated parking stall we were confronted by an elderly couple that reside in that building telling us to go home and what we were doing was illegal, that we could be charged for staying at a VRBO, and that lawyers were involved. Very confused, feeling attacked and defensive we asked questions. Turns out the residents and the VRBO property owners are at odds. It was not a good feeling at all being verbally attacked in the basement of the parking lot. The property itself was nice on the 24th floor but could use a thorough cleaning. Would I stay here again probably not.

The one time I had reached him by phone (5:53pm MT) the response time to my message promised was 1 hour and the actual was 20 hours (2pm MT).
When trying to pick new dates, they stopped replying.

The condo was amazing! Awesome views from the 24th floor! Condo was more than adequate for our family of four. Walking distance to Saddle Dome and minutes away from many great restaurants!

I always look for cleanliness first, and this condo was super clean!! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We had originally booked for 4 nights but our flight home was canceled. When I rebooked the flights I also changed the booking to accommodate the new flight dates . The new dates only included 3 nights. Instead of refunding the 4 th night they charged the same amount for 3 nights. I was told I should watch for a refund . I didn't get the refund and after our stay I sent a message regarding the over charge and never heard back .

The property is beautiful and so close to downtown amenities. We were able to walk to the Calgary Tower and the Scotiabank Saddledome to watch the Calgary Flames beat the New York Islanders. Accessing the apartment was so easy and the parking was great. Would happily stay here again when in Calgary.

Great location for attending an NHL game at the Saddledome, and exploring the Calgary tower and downtown. A secure underground parking spot was appreciated. Super amenities in suite. Only issue was 1 FOB for 3 couples as the Enterphone and elevator buttons were unreliable to confidently come and go at different times. Others in the building had similar Enterphone and elevator issues. A second FOB would have made this a 5 star stay for us. Host was easy to communicate with through the app. Top bunk bed has a safety rating of 200lbs max. and we felt it could be unsafe to have a couple over 200lbs on the top bunk, with another couple on the bottom bunk as we had planned.

Perfect spot for our family of 5 who were visiting family in Calgary. We love this location just south of downtown. Central for all our visiting. The bunk queen beds were perfect for us. Compliments on the comfort of the mattresses.

So many great things about this property! Location is great - lots of restaurants within a 20 min walk. Condo is so clean, and equipped with everything you need. Beds are great! The view is gorgeous. The host was great to work with, communicated and was super quick at responding to any questions we had. Only negative is the lack of elevators in the building. This made the check in process hard, as the 5 mins to get into the elevator kept timing out. Once we got past the first check in and got the fob from the condo, it was much easier to get up and down. We would definitely recommend this property, and just know that the Check in May take longer than normal.

So central with everything in the neighborhood or a couple of blocks away.

The ultimate downtown experience
What a wonderful place to stay! The views were beautiful, and the beds were soo comfortable! The condo was fully stocked with more than a person could need. A great place to enjoy all that downtown Calgary had to offer. I will definitely be staying again.

This is an excellent condo. It is obvious a lot of thought went into making this a "home away from home" Communication with the management was excellent throughout my stay. The place was well stocked and very clean. All the appliances are of good quality and work well. The panoramic view through the floor to ceiling windows made it feel very airy and bright. I will be back.
