Everything was more than perfect, it exceeded our expectations. The accomodation itself is very charming and clean, having free private parking spot in front, which is big advantage in Milan. The position is very convenient, some 1 minute from metro station, from where you can reach Navigli in 5-10 minutes by metro and the center in some 20 minutes. Cafes and supermarket just nearby. Air conditioning was great plus in the heat, well functioning and making the stay great. The host himself Chris was attentive and fast responding, we were met and welcomed without any delay! Definetely recommend and will come back!

All was great

It is a gated Apartment and does come with a parking space which is good if you need it. Apartment is across the road from a train station. There was a mix up in the booking regarding how many people were staying and the host did his best to fix it and accommodate

The communication from host regarding checking in process etc. We were meant to meet the host out front of property. Took over 20 mins for someone to meet us and they were not the host. If more communication was done maybe better understanding of process of checking in and out would of been smoother and maybe there would not of been a mix up in the bookings
