La posizione e la divisione degli spazi
Nulla, però avevamo chiesto due cuscini che non sono mai arrivati: 4 notti con cuscini inadeguati non e piacevole.

The location is fantastic, in the middle of the city centre, close to everything. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean and has a nice shower . I was staying at the yellow apartment. Entering is easy with the instructions given. The bed is a sofa bed, but it was comfy. Many restaurants etc nearby, close to Via Francigena and close to the railway station (11 minutes walk).
I just think a few small changes can make the place even more perfect. A kettle would be super handy, especially as the coffee machine started leaking. And a few hooks in the bathroom for towels and toilet paper.

good location to public transport and bars, cafes, restaurants and pizzas. bed ok for fold down couch, good bathroom, bonus having washing machine and drying rack.
kitchen facilities very minimal, no tea towels still no kettle, no coffee pods, found when boiling the water in saucepan for instant coffee or tea had a residue - unsure if it was the water or pot. suggestions would be provide coffee pods, small amount of washing machine powder/liquid, update cooking pots and provide larger mugs/cups. that would make the apartment more appealing and good value.

Ottima posizione, climatizzazione
Materasso a molle scomodo, dotazione cucina incompleta, mancano: apribottiglie, tovaglia e tovaglioli, cialde per la macchina del caffè, attaccapanni
