The neighborhood is very nice and walkable to a few cute restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable and well furnished. Plenty of room. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated.
The refrigerator water and ice dispenser didn’t work - a sign would have been helpful. No bathmat in the master bath. Since house was on a busy street, needed focus to enter and leave driveway. Needed to enter entry code at front door several times every time.

Recently remodeled and up to date. Very clean and comfortable. Located near the university within walking distance of good restaurants. Putting greens with available putters and golf balls. We were too busy to try them out, sadly.
The parking off a busy street was a bit challenging.
