In summer, the heated outdoor pool is just a few steps from the house. (In the same building as the Lang holiday apartment) - The visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site by the landlord  (Persons from 16 years CHF 4.50 per night / < 16 years tax exempt) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions Tenant and substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent.
