The location was good (though a little difficult to find.) The washer/dryer was a great bonus. I quite liked the quirkiness but it might be a little challenging for small children or people with mobility issues as the stairs were very steep and there were a lot of changing levels…

Not a fault of the property but there was no parking and on street parking nearby was difficult to find. Like I mentioned there are a lot of different levels with steps and if you’re tall the shower might be an issue as the ceiling upstairs is low.

Comfortable cosy cottage, comfy beds, was always warm when we came back. Well positioned for amenities. Aldi, Lidl and Tesco all with in easy walking distance.

Directions the cottage as we put in the address given and we ended up outside no 19 as we walked round the corner we thought it was one whole house as it was dark by the time we arrived so carried on up the street but found we we're going the wrong way but eventually found it. Shower could do with being positioned better over the bath. Could do with up grade television channels. Working instructions for the cooker and mote to say light in kitchen is motion sensored.

No garden or parking

The house is very comfortable and in a perfect location just a few minutes walk from the middle of the High Street, with everything in town within ten minutes one direction or another. Most of the places anyone would want to get to in town such as shops, pubs, and restaurants are within five minutes from the door, as is the harbour and the Ffestiniog Railway. I do not drive so walking distance was really essential, even more so as it rained the entire time I was in town. It was also beautifully quiet late at night even though being right in the town centre, which was nice.

The only thing lacking was that there is no private outdoor space, the location of the house means that is not possible, although it didn't matter for me as it was raining ALL the time, but for anyone wanting private outdoor space in nice weather they should be aware that there is no garden or yard at Bryn Coed. (Parking could be a problem for anyone who drives, but as I don't drive it was not an issue for me and it was nice not to be directly on a main road.)
