I really enjoyed my stay here. I am very grateful for their cooperation during the arrival, when they delivered the room to me earlier. The room was very clean and in a good location. The view was very beautiful and you can see the sea. I recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Be sure to have slippers, the floor of the room and toilet are integrated.

The Location is most prime of Batumi. Orbi City. The View is Proper Sea View. 5th floor. The owner/manager is very Good and co operative. Facilities are Good. 8/10

Check Facilities once before going to finalise. As Ac /heater might not be working at moment.

Room- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cleanliness- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfort- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really like that it's complete with all the things a traveller would need. And it has sea view. Very relaxing stay. Ivan was very accommodating as well.

Room was quite normal, facilities were also normal, looked like hotel room

The Orbi building itself is horrible, getting there is very hard, parking is almost impossible to find, you have to wait about 30 minutes for the elevator (during the peak season) very crowd reception, beach in front is always full. around is ongoing constructive work so it's noisy and dusty. we had check-in at 2:00pm but couldn't get into property until 5:30pm due to the busy cleaning service and technical problem with the keys, so we lost 1 day at the beach due to this. Hosts tried their best but spending your vacation at this place isn't worth the money because everything around is so uncomfortable and chaotic. instead of rest you receive lines, queues and disappointment
