Firendliness of management. The way they resolved all my requests

The guest friendliness of the whole staff, the appartment was very big, with an own living room together with the kitchen area, sleeping room and toilet. There is a supermarket about 1 km from the hotel and a pizzeria and laundry shop within 50 meters.

Sometime communication with staff become difficult as they not know english

Location is close to many shopping and restaurants venues ; airport also closeby.
Sound isolation was poor vs outside traffic. The unit did not include some heating aircon or any other heating options.

Very helpful reception staff (thank you a ton) room very clean, nice smell around, comfortable bed, kitchen well equipped, quiet surroundings, nice cafes and restaurants nearby.
