Location central and hi spec and clean facilities. Provision of dishwasher tablets and eveything you can think of. Confy sofa. Type 2 ev charger on drive you can pay to use (need your own cable). Check in and out v easy. Pint of milk and a bottle of wine provided which was a lovely touch. Underfloor heating was nice.
Next to main road through Ambleside on a stretch where few cars seems to stick to 30mph limit so can be noisey. Bathroom is a large wet room which can be a bit daunting for those less steady on their feet. Check in/out times seem tight as a strict 4pm/10pm where I expect 3pm/11pm as par.
Beds have frames so less room for feet if you're over 6ft.

Very close to town, so great for the pubs etc and for the start of some lovely walks
It would have been tricky to dry any wet clothes as no rads, but it didn’t rain on any walks! So not a problem for us

Extremely well finished inside, great location for everything.
Right on a busy road,therefore lots of late night noise, parking space very tight but manageable. But wouldn't let that put people off.

The accommodation was clean, tastefully decorated,
We never had hot water for over 36 hours, and thought we may have offered a slight discount for this inconvenience
Also the towels that were supplied, were smelly, they had been washed, but there was smell that got worse during our stay, we eventually had to wash all the towels which did eradicate the smell, The Wifi wasn't very good
