Very comfortable, great location, and large enough for many people.

The carpets were badly stained, a few of the recliners in the den did not work properly. We had to ask for a replacement garbage disposal, the old one was broken and there was a horrible smell. It was exchanged the next day. There were lots of spiders and bugs, especially in one bedroom. Most of the electrical outlets in the master bedroom did not work also in other bedrooms. One of group slept downstairs because she didn’t have an outlet to plug her Cpap machine.
