It is a great location in the middle of the towm, so most restauarant and shopping places are walking distances. The rooms are very well furnished and the bathroom is quite luxuriously done.

The downside is a lot of noise till late in the night due to its location being next to some pubs and open sitting restaurtants. The bathroom is great, however the shower was of not much use as the water barely had any pressure, and it operated only at hot or hotter levels of water temp.

had an amazing time the apartment is very luxury pictures can’t do the justice really nice place very big you get extra bedroom also the bathroom is soo nice the living room and the beds are very comfortable overall the whole apartment itself is very beautiful well equipped

it’s abit hard to turn the cooker on as you do not understand the instructions

Lovely furnished appartment with ornaments to add to the home from home feel and well presented if you like bling this appartment is perfect. Suitable for all even having a babies high chair for young famalies. The bed was the most comforatble outside my own home for years. Ideal location being at centre of night life community and having NCP parking opposite an added covinience. Perfect location

If you have issues that you would like resolved neither host or booking.com from my expereince will pass to each other be it a vat receipt or being only aware after paying for the accomodation non refundable! that a deposit is mantatory cash then to find out it is a card payment, communications poor along with parking included but how again unclear. A tactic that leaves you going elsewhere next time i visit Swansea. The cctv camera warning before entering the appartment and i suspect is genuine located in living/tv room as spy type camera should be disclosed in advert. Pub/cocktail bar below the apartment means you are inevertably going to receive noisy revelers leaving and the mandatory fight and we did. It was for a one night stay on week day.
