My Husband and Stepdaughter used the property for the weekend.
It was comfortable and had sufficient amenities for their stay.
I can only report second hand that they felt the stairs leading to the flat were a bit grubby. I think they said a bit more attention could have been paid inside the flat as well. Overall it didn't put them off using the flat.

excellent location to nearby Uni, easy parking, quick response from host, airy and bright apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen
flat door not easy to close, corners and drawers of wardrobe can be a bit cleaner

The cooking tools ie pots & pans, kitchen utensils , electric kettle were all worn out.
