Incredible resort - small and homely. Lovely houses - amazing hosts - thoroughly recommend.
Perhaps some more options at breakfast but its only a small resort so is understandable.

It's a pleasant and quiet rural setting in nice grounds with plenty of trees and plants. The rooms are decent size.
I was under a misapprehension as to how far this place is from Pataya and Jomtien. It is many miles and it takes a long time for taxis to come out and then get back in. If you have your own car then it's fine. There are no shops or restaurants nearby.
Most of the time there is no English speaking person here so getting the key to our room took a long time.
For some reason despite all the natural greenery the owners "decorate" the place with plastic plants: why? With a little more imagination and a bit more investment this could be a very pleasant place to stay. Unimpressive breakfast.

Ray and Pim who own this property were absolutely amazing. The house and gardens are exceptional.

Комплекс небольших семейных бунгало. Все новое, светлое. Качественные матрасы и белье. Две спальни, два санузла, большой зал с диваном, кухня. Вечером тишина, цикады. Закрытая охраняемая территория. Отдельное место для авто возле каждого домика. Место очень понравилось. Удобно добираться до военных пляжей, аквапарка Рамаяна, пару рынков. Завтрак относительно скромный, но неплох. По выходным (если не ошибаюсь), под боком работает некий 100-летний китайский рынок, куда съезжается много народа. Все в китайских фонариках, барабаны, дети переодеваются в костюмы драконов. Никогда такого не видели в Таиланде..
Расположение далеко от города. Без автомобиля не вариант, это будет изоляция.

Very clean. The beds are super soft and comfortable. The pool and garden is beautiful.
We didn’t have a car, so the manager helped us to pick up some take away.
Close to water park that we visited. Manager booked a taxi for us.

Väga avarad bungalod, mugavad, puhtad, imeline aed, liblikad, linnud, isegi basseini ääres elav sõbralik nahkhiir. Köök on kõige vajalikuga sisustatud. Bungalos oli isegi eraldi garderoob. Voodid mugavad.
Hommikusöök võiks olla pisut mitmekesisem, pikalt olles tüütab ära. Asukoht on linnast ikka nii palju eemal, et kindlasti peab taksoga käima, samas sõidu hind jääb vaid ca 100 bahti ümber.

The garden like surrounding and spacious Villa..
The breakfast is simple.. however the Resort has only 7 Villa..so it is understandable that the Management shouldn't spend so much on breakfast menu and later wasting foods that are unconsumed..

Its a small but nice resort, with big and comfortable two bedroom house, very clean and homey. All rooms are big with spacious toilets and windows, swimming pool is not big but enough. We like the house very much.
Location is a bit in the middle of nowhere, at night we were a bit worried about the security, because it’s located just beside a road, feels quite isolated. But once there are other guests, we feel much better. Its not far from the beach, around 15 min drive to jomtien, but you’ll need a car.

This place is so perfect for a quite holiday with family and it is a very safe. The landlord Ray and his wife is supercool. The workers works so hard to make our stay a peaceful one. Every corner of this place is clean with a superb salt water pool . The owener upgraded our cottage to a higher room facility for free.. brakefast is very adequate and provided packed drinking water everyday. Will visit again to this place.

Breakfast was good served in a pavilion in the lovely garden area. Limited choice between a continental and Thai breakfast but well laid out and with good service. The house was clean and modern. Nice big bathrooms and a good sized bedroom with comfortable beds. The house had plenty of storage and reasonably equiped kitchen . The air-conditioning worked well as did the WiFi. The location was quiet but close to a 7/11. You will need your own transportation to get the most out of the accommodation . Would certainly stay there again.

Good value for money. You get a whole appartement for your stay.
The resort is super lovely with nice details. Definitely an quiet oasis in a loud and busy town. The owner was super helpful and did a lot to make our stay as pleasant as possible. There is a 7eleven literally around the corner and good street food aswell. Can definitely recommend
Baan Nern Khao is for sure a bit far of from the Pattaya Hotspots. So a scooter/Motorbike is needed to get into town. But for us it was always ok to return to the outskirts in the evening and leave busy and noisy Pattaya behind.

The breakfast was tasty and included the following:
Coffee/tea/cocoa, fruit juice, milk, cereal, toast, butter, jam, fruit, pork rice soup. It was served in a very charming sala by a waterfall in the center of the resort. The atmosphere could not have been better.
Our bungalow had not been occupied for some time, so there was a thin layer of dust that we decided to clean up by ourselves. No big deal. We did not receive access credentials for the WLAN. Our cell service kept us connected.

It's an amazing facility for families where you can have your own little home.
