The staff was really kind and helpful. Every morning we had a wonderful breakfast and they were making coffee for us. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, everything is so close and all the bars, restaurants and cafes are in a walkable distance. The 4th floor is a bit challenging with the luggages but we already knew that!

Posizione fantastica in pieno centro, letto molto comodo

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Catania, with great restaurants and cafés nearby. The Wi-Fi was excellent, everything was very clean, and the staff were absolutely fantastic — extremely friendly, helpful and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The room was well soundproofed with the terrace closed, although with the terrace open there can be some street noise from the lively restaurants and cafés below.
During the summer, the position of the AC directly above the bed could also be uncomfortable, as the room is small and the AC can feel very cold. The main downside for us was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited and, more importantly, items were not replenished often enough. The breakfast room is small but perfectly fine.
