The location of the hotel was very convenient for the activities we wanted to do. The meals were good and the staff were friendly.
While we had made our reservation in advance and received an email confirmation, upon arrival the hotel staff were unable to locate our booking in their system. This resulted in an unexpected delay before we could be checked in.
In addition, we had specifically booked and received confirmation for a Deluxe Double Room. Unfortunately, we were informed at check-in that no such rooms were available and were instead assigned a Twin Room. As a result, my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds, which was disappointing given the room type that had been confirmed at the time of booking.

The facilities were terrific. Staff was very friendly and helped us in many ways.
One of our rooms had a broken handle to the bathroom door. We were told the staff would do our laundry but they didn’t get to it before the rain came so we just pulled our basket inside. The rain was not their fault. 🙂

The place itself is great. The sauna is nice after a long hike/run and the team very friendly.
Rooms are clean.
The organization and Charlie the manager made my stay at this place very bad. It can happen that some organisation with booking.com are not perfect but the way it happened here to me was new.
I got threatened to involve the police and communication was very harsh - as I was still on my trip, it was very unpleasant to deal with the manager.
Great place itself but the way the management treats its guest is not the way to do - would not recommend this place to anyone.

"The camp has everything that runners need: gym, sauna, ice bath, great carbs-focused food, free laundry, hot shower.
Also, a cozy shared area, balcony with a nice view, and a reliable wi-fi.
