Upon arrival you will have a personal code to the front door that allows for easy entry for all guests. Walk in the door and you will find the formal dining room to your left and the large sized office to your right. Venture further and you will find yourself standing between the lovely kitchen and the cozy living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need staying longer term to ensure those home cooked meals can be enjoyed. The living room truly is a cozy place to relax and enjoy some TV or a good book by the fireplace. Enjoy dinner out on the downstairs patio that not all units offer in this community. There is a half bath located downstairs. Finally to the left of the kitchen is the laundry room with a private washer and dryer as well as an attached garage. Please be advised that the owners of the property park a mid sized SUZ to the far right of the garage leaving plenty of space for a mid sized SUV to the left. There are two additional driveway spots for those traveling with multiple visitors or when guests come to stop by.
