Excellent location. Everything is near. The best place to feel the spirit of the city.
The stairs are too steep but that's because the property is old.

Beliggenhed

A perfect location and well equipped apartment in the Old town to explore and enjoy Nice. We enjoyed strolling the streets finding restaurants, exploring the markets, sights and visiting the beach. Access to transport and the rest of Nice was very easy.
Some noise as above restaurants and in amongst the action of the city centre may need to be considered. This didn’t bother us as we loved the atmosphere and everything close by.
