Good location in lively area of South Beach, though surprisingly not loud inside the apartment. Roomy apartment with an amazing terrace, which is a great spot for enjoying ocean breezes and people watching.
I wish there was a picnic table or something like that on the terrace to make it easy to have meals out there, play cards, etc.

The location was fantastic, especially for the price. There was a very nice outdoor rooftop deck area that was available to use and provided a nice view of the beach and a place to hang out. With just a little TLC this could be a really fantastic rental.
The elevator was not operational through our entire stay, the toilet wouldn’t always flush without adding water to the tank, the floor was dirty and turned our socks black.
