Despite the journey to the hotel where it did seem questionable until you arrive at the front of the building I would say it is a hidden treasure. Location is perfect, it’s a 15-20 mins walk to grand mall. The staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection is was good

I really wanted to like this hotel so much. the ambience was great: decorative stone in the lobby, and lots of ceramic and glass artworks including on the floors and even in the rooms. Tall ceilings and great aircon. The laundry room was very welcome. .

However, two things were a problem. Firstly the room I was assigned, on level 5, had no natural light! There was a fake ‘window’ lit by a bulb, but no external window. It’s probably ok if you’re out exploring all day but I had to work and after a day inside I felt like I was in a genteel prison. Waking up without daylight was awful. The other issue was the pool - it looked amazing in the photos, but was actually wedged between reception and the dining room… and the top of the pool was a meter-high glass wall. This gives every passer-by checking in/out, and everyone eating a meal, a full view of your swimming legs and body both above and below the water. Despite the heat I couldn’t bring myself to use it, and only ever saw kids in it. These two things ultimately led me to rebook at another hotel.

Nice lobby, good location.

Room wasnt clean enough. Some black spots in the bathroom, lamp design is a dust trap, bedsheet is clean but some marks left were still there. Breakfast was okay but some stuffs weren’t refilled 20 mins before the end time which was disappointing.
