gorgeous, wonderfully decorated and clean! the staff was also very accommodating and warm.

nothing to dislike about the property! it is about a 10 min walk to the center of town which is convenient nevertheless.

Vivian, Oscar and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They are just excellent. The property is on a quieter area of town so sleeping at night is not an issue. The breakfast served at the rooftop with views of the fire volcano was a bonus.

Such a beautiful boutique hotel! The employees could not be nicer. The upstairs has a gorgeous view of all 3 volcanos and the decor is very cute. Our room was so large and beautiful. We made friends on our Acatenango hike that had also stayed at Cacao and loved it. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Isn't as close to the main part of Antigua as the other hotels I stayed at were, but that was part of the appeal because it was a lot quieter and peaceful.

The walls are pretty thin so you can hear all the people outside and neighbor upstairs.

Cacao Boutique Hotel is such a gem, an absolutely fantastic place with the nicest people, the most beautifully appointed rooms, and it feels so safe, quiet, and relaxing. And it is just a quick walk to anywhere in Antigua. I would happily stay here again and again. The rooms and beds are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and I loved the cacao theme everywhere. It is also so reasonably priced compared to others of this caliber. I can highly recommend.

The breakfast was amazing - for us the best of the few hotels we stayed at during our time in Guatemala. The room was beautiful and unique and the bathroom was so romantic! Our room had a fan, which helped immensely. There was also safe parking available, and the staff was super helpful. It is a bit of a walk from downtown.

The bed could have been a bit softer!
