what can I say, very bad staff, I paid for the apartment but never got in because I didn't have a visa card to pay for additional services to get the key.

Nice place for stay. Comfortable bed and in general good apartment. We were pleased with the place.
When you book this apartment you need to know that the company wants a deposit of 300 euros which is not a word on Booking. They send a separate link to make a deposit. We did not agree to it.
After that we sent many messages with owner and we cantacted with Booking. We were nervous and we tried cancel this reservation.
Finally I got message with instruction how to do it check-in and we entered to apartment.
In the morning we could stay longer 30 min more. So, I am happy that this problem was solved and we could stayed for one night there on our long trip to Oksytania.
