We had a lovely stay at Sansi Kendwa Beach Resort and were very happy with our overall experience. We stayed in a Deluxe Standard Room, which we found spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. Our bed was beautifully decorated with flowers and a “Welcome” message, and there was also a lovely fruit platter waiting for us in the room. On our last day, our room was decorated beautifully again, which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. We booked bed and breakfast. The breakfast buffet was quite small and the selection changed from day to day, but it was perfectly sufficient for us and we always left feeling satisfied. We also really appreciated the mosquito service, which was available upon request. A member of staff came to our room and treated it against mosquitoes, which was very helpful. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming. The included dinner on the beach was another lovely experience and a great touch to our stay.

We also booked a massage package. The massage itself was relaxing, but we would like to give the hotel one important piece of feedback: please ask guests beforehand whether they have any existing pain, injuries or other health concerns, and whether there are any treatments they would prefer to avoid. During my massage, spinal manipulations were performed without asking me beforehand. They were very painful for me and, due to my personal circumstances, should not have been performed. A short health and preference check before the treatment could have prevented this.
