Beautiful room in a historic Spanish house. I very much enjoyed the beauty of the house and the fully applied kitchen that is for general use. It was very quiet in the house and it felt like I was living there by myself :) I also really loved the neighbourhood, which feels a bit more local than the heart of Casco Antiguo. The surroundings offer very nice places to eat and drink, vintage shops and the amazing Mercado de Feria where you can have lunch.

This accommodatiom is a bit of a hybrid: it is a hotel room but with apartment style service. I stayed for 4 nights and my room wasn't cleaned during the stay. It was okay, as I had enough towels, but I did run out of toilet paper on day 2. I guess I could've asked for extra rolls, but I feel this is something that a guest shouldn't have to think about. Before booking, I read some comments about noisiness. There was some noise at night, but Sevilla is just a city that never sleeps :) In general, I think this part of the city is relatively calm, but as there is a (very cute) bar close, I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

A lovely stay in the heart of Seville! The location was excellent, with all the main attractions within easy reach, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. We particularly enjoyed experiencing the authentic local atmosphere and vibrant neighbourhood. The host was extremely responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The cleanliness was exceptional, with everything maintained to a very high standard. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Seville!

The Hotel is in an excellent location near a lively area with restaurants and bars. It is also close to the historic precinct with the old Cathedral. The WiFi was excellent. The aesthetics of the Hotel were nice, it was done up in a historic style. There is a common kitchen downstairs with all necessary facilities.

The room was not cleaned during my 5 night stay. No new towels or toilet paper were provided. It was not made clear whether there was a process to get new towels/toilet paper. I received an email about the checkin process but the link did not contain the passcode for the door. So it was a bit of a process calling the owner to get the code. The toilet is quite small and the sink is about 20 cm from the toilet. So it was difficult to squeeze in.
