It was a spacious room by Japanese standards. But at the end of the day, you’re there to sleep; the worst part is having to move your suitcases around because there isn’t much space.
It is very close to Tokyo Station—right by the central entrance—making it perfect for tourists.
The staff was very friendly and helped us in every way they could.
If I had to point out one drawback—aside from the lack of space—it would be the laundry; quite a few of us ended up there at the same time.
