Well equipped apartment, modern as well. Restaurant downstairs is a 10/10
Outside the property is very untidy,
There is no bathroom door , and the room door is glass.
Apartment is in need of a good clean, extremely dusty and some lights had cobwebs
Abit far from central station

Easy to get into Central Amsterdam, washing machine in apartment
No door on bathroom, smoke alarms randomly went off one night, had to message owners for WiFi code and how to work a/c, no information pack left in apartment

Location was great if you choose to be a wee bit out of the city. Close to bus transport so easy to get to central station. You could also walk a couple of km and catch the free ferry to central station.
Apartment was equipped with a washing machine which was great for a weeks stay. Staff were responsive when a message was sent.
The front entrance was not very welcoming. Main rubbish collection was there and it was generally pretty scruffy, before going up to get to apartment. A few things could have been managed better within the apartment which would have provided a better experience.

"Situato in un quartiere a nord(NDSM) abbiamo avuto occasione di scoprire una parte diversa di Amsterdam: meno turistica, più tranquilla ma molto interessante e originale dal punto di vista artistico. ..."
