For anyone visiting for the first time, this is a perfect centralized location from which to explore the Island. We had everything we needed to sleep peacefully and venture out every day or stay in. Really appreciate that they allowed our 2 dogs as well.
Lack of coffee and tea,; remember to pack/ bring some.

Cleanliness, nice area, loved the outside downstairs area with bikes, kayaks, outside shower, TV, golfcart, etc. The upstairs outside area was great with lounge chairs and fireplace! The inside was clean and up to date with a cute beach vibe! Lots of games to play!!
No closets in the bedrooms for storage, a few of lights didn’t work and not enough lighting!

Had everything that we would need. Very clean.
Only issue was that the hand held mixer did not work and there was not a can opener, that we could find.

Cleanliness, beach decoration throughout the house, all amenities were in the house,
Crow's nest was not accessible to actually be able to see the beach and Gulf of Mexico.
