El desayuno puede ser mejor, no son atractivas las opciones.

Deben tener mejor y más variadas opciones de proteinas.

La atención del personal

Muy bueno.

El Aire Acondicionado del cuarto no enfriaba muy bien. El control remoto del televisor no funcionaba. Pero por lo demás muy bonito el hotel , muy limpio y sobre todo en muy buena posición. El personal muy agradable y atento.

Ubicación céntrica, habitación cómoda.

Desayuno con opciones fijas y no abundantes, habitación amplia y limpia, pero con olor a humedad y encierro.

Absolutely outstanding staff! I’m a foreigner from the USA and I’ve been to my share of 3-5 star hotels, and this one could easily be a 5! The staff was outstanding, and even though I was learning Spanish they accommodated me with an employee that spoke English. Carlos was his name and I hope to see him again, along with the staff that feed us! Lovely location, exceptional quality staff, and beautiful hotel to stay in!

The only thing I didn’t like was i don’t believe there’s a designated smoking location within the hotel and I think vape pens are counted as smoking too. No huge issue, I just got a warning to go outside instead 🤙🏾. If you got the smoking habit like me, you may need to step outside im just not sure were as my home town doesn’t allow smoking in the city limits outside of hotel and certain restaurants.

It was easy to access, with good parking and central location. It was clean and nicely decorated and maintained

There was quite a lot of traffic noise. The restaurant was air conditioned excessively. The breakfast options were fairly limited and the service at breakfast was fairly average
