A very cosy cottage. A rural feel but near to amenities
Location off a main road. Arriving and leaving tricky driving off and on to main road. Downstairs bathroom. Garden hazardous.

Very nice and clean and near to Nottingham university
Nothing all ok only one thing it could have had a washing machine

The location was great for the close proximity to our son & family.
We are sorry but we did not like the downstairs bathroom. We needed a toilet upstairs!

Lovely cottage on the outskirts of Derby with a pretty garden, views over the fields at the rear and a pub next door. What's not to like!
