The property was spacious with four bedrooms which was convenient for our group.

Unfortunately, one bedroom’s bed had a bad mattress. The one close to the bathroom.

FAB LOCATION

NOISEY NEIGHBOURS WITH LOUD MUSIC ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT, NOT COMING FROM NEXT DOOR BUT FROM OTHER

Accomodation was very clean, warm and quiet all facilities worked. Bedrooms all had good size wardrobes Plenty of cups,dishes, etc two fridges, two toilets, beds comfortable and sufficient towels to use.

Shower doors where loose could do with fixing sink stopper not connected but found in bath cupboard,

The beds were made, and the apartment was clean. The location was good; there were plenty of places to eat nearby, and grocery stores were easy to access. Using public transportation was also relatively easy from the apartment. Everything (washing machine, refrigerator, stove, hot water) worked.

The window in one bedroom was broken and screwed shut, so it was very hot (London summer); no fans were provided. The property management company sent a legal agreement a couple of days before the reservation that I was required to sign before check-in (if this is necessary, it should have been sent when the reservation was made so we would have time to find somewhere else if we disagreed) and asked us in the middle of our reservation to allow people into the apartment to "show it." We declined, and they did not push further. There were consistently people outside smoking, and the apartment next door was under construction. There were no mattress protectors on the beds, so it was just a thin sheet on top of the mattress. The one bathroom with a shower had lots of rotten wood. I hear that for the price, this is all reasonable for London, but these are my impressions.
