Botanique Guesthouse

Wonderful guesthouse. Friendly, helpful staff. Slept incredibly well here as the bed was super comfy and the shutters made the room very dark. Well equipped kitchen and multiple bathrooms.

Everything was great. The road outside is a little noisy but they provide ear plugs if this bothers you.

Very good location, nice and walkable to the city. The whole building had a lovely feel to it, which made us feel very comfortable and relaxed here. Friendly, attentive staff and clean shared facilities.

The road outside is noisy, can be a bit disruptive.

I liked the house - wasn’t that busy when I was there because of bad wheather but it’s a good little place 😊

My room had a particular “old-room” smell which I think wouldn’t be so bad if it was cleaned better. Floor was pretty sticky and I wasn’t provided a towel until I asked for it. Also the warm water pressure was none existent when I was there which was the worst part of my experience 😅 The house is on a heavy traffic street and my room(near the street) was soundproofed like the average tent - still quite noisy also during the night! although I wasn’t bothered by it, I wanted to mention in if other people are easily bothered by traffic noise 😊 Oh and also if you like looking at yourself in a mirror you need to go into the bathroom to do it!
