Voyager Sun & Reef Hotel

Great location, only a 5-minute walk from the International Ferry Station. It is close to everything. I got it for a great price as it was the off-season and the building is under renovation. They are finishing the top floor now, but the area in front where the casino used to be is a restaurant that is a work in progress. Keep in mind there is no elevator, and if you are on the third floor, it is a hike. Great AC and great water pressure with hot water. They hooked me up with an early check-in, which was appreciated. Depending on the price, I would stay again, but San Pedro is expensive for a Canadian.

The mattress was too soft and hurt my back. The TV faded in and out; it was internet TV and didn't always work. The lamp on the nightstand also only worked when it wanted to. For a hotel that was just renovated, I was surprised by these things, but it was not a deal breaker.

It's at a great spot since it's in town, and it pretty clean and comfortable. Have stayed at this hotel multiple times.

The downside is that since it is in town, then the noise of golf carts can be a bit annoying. The only other detail I don't like are the towels, they look pretty used up and old

Convenient to waterfront restaurants and attractions.

I came on a day where they were renovating something in the building and it was drilling and banging during my break from outside . But that was just one day out of my 4 day stay

Great location if you want to be in the center of everything.

Ants in room. I could hear persons on the street late in the night.
