I loved the character and location of the house. Perfect for our family. We had a great time. The staff was very kind and helpful.
The Air conditioner was in the bedroom and couldn’t keep up in the bedroom let alone for the people sleeping in the living room. The stair up to the apartment are very steep and would not be suited for anyone that has mobile disabilities. But I thought they were. Fantastic and part of the charm of the whole place.

the location was great--close to sights and near a plaza with several good restaurants. the apartment was comfortable for two people
the stairs were a bit rough--but doable.

A beautiful old Florence house. A very central location. 15 min walk to pretty much everywhere. A washing machine was a plus for us.
Oh that building door. Impossible to open… Boiler was on and off, I guess due to lack of pressure of the city water supply. Though you wouldn’t need at night, a second air conditioner would’ve been useful during the day.

Flexible with checkin time was very helpful and Giulia was nice ensuring we’d be able to use the keys properly to get in! See less checkin and checkout!
Steps up to the place were a bit tough on the initial arrival with luggage but easily manageable otherwise!
