Апартаменты укомплектованы всем необходимым, включая большой холодильник, стиральную машину, сушилку для вещей, фен, утюг, микроволновку, плиту, чайник, кофеварку. Балкон с видом на море с одной стороны и озеро с другой. Комфортная кровать. Есть посуда для приготовления, кофе, сахар, чай, соль, масло растительное, приправы. До пляжа меньше 5 минут. На углу дома супермаркет Carrefour Express. Бесконтактное заселение, код на дверях, ключи носить не надо.

Для тех, у кого чувствительный сон, стоит взять маску для сна и беруши. Шторы плотно не закрываются, выключатели и техника подсвечиваются, шумно от проезжающего транспорта. Добираться общественным транспортом немного далековато от Констанцы - сначала около 40 минут на автобусе, потом пешком минут 20 пешком. Пляж близко, но тротуара по сути нет, приходится постоянно на машины оглядываться по дороге.

Clean studio, good location overall and with a lot of nice things equipped.

During winter time, the studio can feel a little bit cold even when the heating system is turned on always; besides this, isolation is not that good and sadly there was a lot of construction work in the building which didn't let us rest, they were working from 8AM (even holidays and weekends) to late night, because it's when people prepare for summer.

New construction

When we arrived there was water on the floor in the middle of the room, coming from the fridge and going under the bed. We called the owner who told us to wipe the floor with the mop which was missing. We cleaned the room by ourselves. A problem was also the mattress which was very poor quality. The second problem was the fact that despite the presentation it has a free private beach, this is fake info. The third issue is the early check out at 11.00. Despite the fact that the next client was coming the next day, the owner refused us a late check out for 2-3 hours. Also, there is no possibility for breakfast in the area, in a restaurant.
