The room is nice and big. The bathroom is comfortable, and they have laundry and luggage storage too. The bus stop is nearby to reach the centre. They also received the luggages we sent from the hotel before, even though they do not do luggage delivery (there is a konbini nearby where you can use luggage delivery service).
The staff were kind, and the cleaning service was offered if staying at least for 3 nights.
Unfortunately, the beds were uncomfortable for us. We knew in advance that they would be Japanese style beds, so we were prepared for that. However, we felt that the mattresses were quite worn and may need to be replaced.
Also, the sofa felt itchy, so I didn’t find it very comfortable.

Great location and good walk ability to lots of attractions and convenience stores. Also close to public transport and buses and train stations to various destinations.
The apartment we were in is a bit dark and no views to the outside as it has another building very close to it on one side.

Loved that the room had a kitchen, the bathroom was clean. We did had the soap rack fall off the wall and reveal some of the filth but other than that we were super happy with the room. Having a Kitchen and a big supermarket in walking distance meant we were able to buy very decently priced wagyu and grill it in the pan!
The washing and drying combination machines are not working properly. We had 5 dry cycles trying to dry the laundry but it still didn't dry anything. I ended up walking to a laundromat 20 minute walking distance from the hotel in the middle of the night around 1AM.

Good size room
Good bathroom facilities
Friendly helpful staff
Beds. Pictures show mattresses on bed, however they had paper thin futon
Poor night’s sleep. Staff were unable to provide with any assistance- ie double layer, or extra doona to lie on to increase comfort.
