The size. The location. The beautiful patio in the back. It was the ideal size for us. I would stay there again
The cookware needs to be replaced. Bought and used my own. The grill pan in the oven was dirty (never used it). The bar stools at the counter were not in good condition. We bought them a new 4-piece set. The sofa seemed to have been broken previously (one leg missing). One leg bent inward when one of us sat on it but we straightened it. All this is easily fixable so it didn’t affect our stay

Overall good but some improvements could be made as house it looking tatty. Issue with boiler on the first day was quickly sorted thanks to the Stay Casa team. Kitchen lacks some cooking equipment such as a baking tray or dish, and tea towels were not provided. Upstairs shower is very temperamental which may suggest the heating element requires replacing.

General cleanliness good but a little tired in places . Pics make it look smarter than it is . Would be nice to have a dining table . Would be much better with a lounge rather than making it 6 beds. Felt a bit like a student house .

The check in was so easy with just having a door code. The rooms were all huge with big beds. The outdoor area was super fun with lots of chairs for the all the guests. Easy access from Manchester city centre
