Location, balcony, view
We were not informed of the unit # prior to arrival so when we got there we couldn’t get in to the apartment nor could we reach the owner. I was there with 4 children and a car full of stuff waiting while I dealt with evolve customer service

The balcony view and being only a few steps from the beach.
The condo we stayed in was on the third floor, so there are a lot of stairs to climb. Also, there is a washer and dryer available in the basement but it’s coin operated.
