The support on the phone were great. Even on Sundays after dialing 2 different numbers both came back to me in minutes and solved the issue.
Its not a complaint just a complicated situation others can avoid by not just checking their emails only. After checking all emails there were no description where and how to enter the building exactly. This information has been stored in booking.com instead, which I did not check by having the experience on all other journeys to receive this kind of information via email. Even GPS tells you that you arrived at your destination you might be on the complete opposite side of it and nobody, not even people living in the same building know the apartment name in case you ask for directions. Neither there are signs of the apartment name.
