Location, comfortable bed, good breakfast

Nothing

What I liked most was the property itself, it's really nice. The location is great too, it's centrally located and close to the Monkey Forest. It's a really quiet spot, you can't hear any street noise at all. There's a pool and a lovely garden. Breakfast was good, with several options to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable, they cleaned it, changed the towels and left water bottles every day. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly staff who attended to our needs. Super clean premises with daily housekeeping. Beautiful garden, nice layout, and maintained daily. Breakfast offered 4 choices; I tried 2 and both were just the right amount and delicious. Room and washroom were spacious and clean. Love the white linens! From our balcony, it was entertaining to watch a family of macaques on the rooftops.Despite its proximity to a very busy street, it was so quiet within the unit. Great wifi too. Close to groceries, money exchange, and several great restaurants. Walking distance to the monkey sanctuary and Ubud Palace. Not an enjoyable walk though due to exhaust fumes from vehicles. Would love to stay at Ubud Bungalow again.

Suggestions: Install handrails at the 2nd flight of stairs on upper units and at the restaurant for those with mobility issues. Also, 2 beds per room on some ground floor units would be great.

Never disappointed when staying here.
