Te location was great - it was close to many restaurants, and the price was a good value.

Location, common kitchen., room a good size
Bathroom had broken stall doors and only one toilet dispenser for 4 stalls

Location -- easy walk to campus.
Stained ceiling tiles; floor not necessarily vacuumed, or not well; mattress that sloped downhill toward the head of the bed (we flipped around pillows and slept the other way); one window that required propping in order to stay open -- I used my shoe. Toilet paper is located on rolls outside the bathroom stalls (in the women's room). Someone had made a royal mess in the men's room (after going number two).
