The property was perfect for our trip close to the NEC and a lovely quiet location.
Beds were comfortable and it was lovely and clean great facilities 5*
The only thing was where we parked the car it was a bit difficult to get in because one of the neighbours cars was parked awkwardly!

Easy to find great location for NEC great set up comfortable and clean and very helpful host. The bathrooms for each room were really great. Thank you will definitely stay again.
We hadn’t realised we had to turn up the thermostat for hot water.

The bedding was very clean and the beds were comfy. Unfortunately you can hear everything from the neighbours houses. The place has only uncomfortable dining chairs a very low stained sofa. So we spent a lot of time laid on our beds in separate rooms rather than being able to spend time chatting or watching telly in the living room. Every surface was sticky and the paintwork ingrained with dirt.
It needs a really good clean, fresh paint and comfortable furniture.
