This property was perfect for an extended weekend with our children and grandchildren. We had 8 adults and 4 children with plenty of beds and room to gather. The house was very clean. We would (and plan to) stay here again.

This property was amazing and perfect for our family of 12. The bunk room with all the large beds was just what the cousins wanted...to be able to be in the same room. And there were enough bedrooms for the adults in the 4 separate families. The hot tub was wonderful, as was sitting out in the backyard in the fresh air and beautiful setting. The TV programming allowed us to watch World Cup soccer, the kitchen was well appointed with cooking utensils, pots & pans, and our grandson enjoyed playing the piano for all of us. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars was the communication misunderstanding over access to Lake Arrowhead. When we rented a property 11 years before, the families enjoyed a day on the beach near the Lake Arrowhead Brewing Company where they could buy wristbands that allowed them access to swim and to paddleboard in the lake, and even buy ice cream! We were led to believe we could still purchase wristbands to use the beach and trail around the lake. And the information we were sent said we could take a safety test and get human powered vessels like paddleboards on the lake. Based on that information, the kids brought 3 inflatable paddleboards. When they went to the ALA office, they were told they had old information...they no longer used wristbands and renters were not allowed to take anything onto the lake. So, they were disappointed to have wasted half of a day and brought paddleboards they couldn't use on Lake Arrowhead.

What an amazing trip! Our host Karen was very communicative, attentive and quick to respond. We were lucky enough to be given an early check in even though we did not request it (you have to appreciate a rental host that will let you know that the property is available earlier than the listed check in time!). We came with 2 other families for a total of 12 people, 5 adults and 7 children, and we all had enough space to eat together, hang out, play games or just enjoy the outdoor space. All in all a wonderful trip in a great house. We'll definitely book it again!

Great place, we had a great time for our yearly get together. The kids loved the piano! Host was great and ver responsive!
