We rented this house(s) for 15 of us for a family vacation and it was great! Fenced in backyard for the pups to play was great! We had most everything we needed for the entire week with a completely stocked kitchen of appliances, dishes, etc. Only down side was no inside access from one house to another inside, and only access to backyard was either through the kids or one of the other bedrooms, or thought the front door and around through the gates.

This house was amazing. Plenty of space for everyone. Pillows and bedding quilts and blankets were great. The bed sizes were not accurate according to the listing. The bunk beds were fun for the kids, but not realistic for sleeping, just to use as a playroom which contained arcade games, a wonderful bean bag and just a fun play room. It would have been good to know the supplies that were in the house. There was an abundance of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing supplies. The outdoor area was amazing. Corn hole and games for the kids. Lots of seating. There were 3 beach chairs, a few boogie boards and a wagon. So many dishes, for every use. Kitchen was amazingly stocked. We had a great week. Thank you.

Couldn’t have been a better place for a golf trip. Plenty of space and beds for everyone and we cook do more than enough in the kitchen utensils provided.

The house itself had potential and was in a convenient location, within walking distance to Dewey Beach and local restaurants. However, we encountered several issues during our stay that impacted our experience.Upon arrival, the house was not clean. We found leftover toys from previous guests, Cheerios under the beds, and a noticeable presence of ants and flies throughout the home. The backyard was overgrown and in need of maintenance, which made it less enjoyable to use.Families with young children should be aware that the property is located on a busy intersection with heavy traffic, so extra caution is necessary. We also experienced a serious issue with the hot water system on the smaller side of the house—it broke and began leaking water into the apartment. Fortunately, we caught it in time and were able to shut it off ourselves. Unfortunately, it took 36 hours for someone to come address the problem, which felt like an excessive delay. The electrical setup in the house was confusing, with light switches placed in odd and inconvenient locations, such as behind doors or outside of rooms. Additionally, the linens we rented through the property were mismatched for the bed sizes, which should have been easily avoidable.Overall, while the location was great, the property needs better upkeep and more attentive management to meet expectations.
