Great property all that we expected, family had great time! An extra roll or two of toilet paper for 6 would have been a great amenity! Also disappointed that both propane tanks empty night we wanted to BBQ!

My family and I had a wonderful week here. The unit was extremely clean and welcoming. Perfect for our family of five. Location was close to all the places we love in North Conway area. Complex was quiet and well maintained. Pool area was nice and many times we had it all to ourselves. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic place for a family to stay in North Conway. It was clean and cozy and the perfect location to access some of our favorite restaurants and activities. The pool and tennis courts were great (and quiet!) while we were there. The space was perfect for a family with two teenagers who were trapped inside a lot due to rain. The owners were quick to reply to any questions we had. Overall, this is a place we will definitely book again.

We had a terrific stay! We traveled with our 3 yr old, 4 month old, and grandparents. It’s always a good sign when our 3 yr old immediately feels comfortable where we’re staying and he told us within 5 minutes of our arrival that he was so comfy and cozy. The location of the condo couldn’t have been more perfect. It was so clean and well stocked. Lots of space and peaceful. The hosts were super communicative, helpful and so friendly. We hope to be back some day!

This was a very clean, cozy, comfortable rental. There were 4 adults staying here, and there was plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable. Great kitchen stocked with everything you need for cooking. The neighborhood and property is very quiet. We loved it! Owners were very easy to communicate with and very responsive to our questions. This location is perfect for exploring all of North Conway and the White Mountains and surrounding areas. We definitely recommend this Condo, and would absolutely stay here again!

Great location in N. Conway. Close proximity to hiking, restaurants, coffee shops. Spacious condo, very clean and very well stocked. Quiet community with plenty of parking. Host includes all cleaning supplies, paper supplies etc. Will definitely return for another visit.

We enjoyed our stay. The only question we had was placing the sheets and towels into the small machine. We got up early and did 2 loads in the washer before 9. The apt was very clean. We enjoyed all the owners had furnished for our entertainment. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Great location, very clean, plenty of space. Enough kitchen to cook, close enough to restaurants if you do not want to. Lots of tv sets inside, but also the complex is very quiet if you crave silence. Would go back without hesitation.

This a great location for our family trip to Storyland and Santa’s Village! The condo was very neat and clean. It was an extremely hot weekend and it was nice to have the A/C units in the bedrooms, though they did struggle to keep up with how hot it was (over 95 during the day and did not cool off significantly at night). We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect - it's so close to downtown N. Conway, but is set back in a quiet residential neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and tennis court amenities. The space was perfect for our family with two kids. We received clear check-in instructions and found the owners to be very responsive. We would definitely consider returning!

We had a wonderful little 4 day/3 night mini-vacation here. The location is superb: just north of North Conway Center off of Route 16. From here, we went tubing the Saco River, took a train ride on the Conway Scenic Railroad, and spent a day at Echo Lake. All these locations were 15 minutes or less from the place, and that included traffic in North Conway Center.
The place was clean, had everything we needed, the pool was a great place to relax a short walk away, and the deck had partial views of Cranmore Mountain (which would be a great view in the winter without leaves). Sarah was quick to respond to our check-in question. We will definitely go back.

Home away from home
Sarah and Adam were amazing from the moment we booked! So nice and prompt with responses. We thought the place looked good in the listing but it was even nicer in person. We had plenty of room and great place for our young children. Location right outside the busyness of town. It was perfect!

Quiet and comfortable retreat
This property is a perfect getaway spot for couples and families. The unit is spacious and clean, with all the amenities you need. The combination of sleeping arrangements is perfect for families. It is quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close enough to enjoy it at your leisure. The pool is a welcome respite on a hot day. The owners are gracious and easy to communicate with. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We loved our long weekend at little bear lodge. Excellent accommodations. Comfortable, clean, had all amenities needed! Close to all attractions in North Conway. Pool was great for kids! Responsive owner. Highly recommend and will definitely be re-booking!

Great property and location
This condo was perfect for a get-away in the White Mountains. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location itself was perfect - central to everything. I’d definitely stay here again. We loved it!

Perfect spot for Family getaway
This condo is in a great spot for access to downtown North Conway & all the area has to offer no matter the season. Located in a quiet area if you just want to chill at homebase too. Layout of the condo fit our needs perfectly (couple with 2 kiddos & another couple). The digital entry was appreciated (no key to worry about losing on a hike!) and Hubs loved the firm mattress. Would def stay here again!

The best for a family
This property was absolutely amazing for us. It is priced perfectly for its value. It was super clean and updated. All the amenities that a family would need and then some. The owner was so well organized and all information was on display. She was gracious and open to communication should the need arise. For us it didn’t but I’m a type A person and can recognize the effort she put in to make our stay effortless. Thank you so much. We hope to stay here again.

Well-equipped, family friendly unit in a central location!
My husband and our two boys stayed here for a week in the white mountains. What a terrific choice! We highly recommend a stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to book a future trip at this property. The owner, Jenny, was a pleasure to correspond with and always very responsive.. Check in process was smooth and everything about the unit was perfect. Modern, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Cozy living room and air conditioners in all the bedrooms. We felt like we were at home the minute we walked in! It would also be hard to find a more central location! Only bummer is that the pool was closed for the summer due to COVID. We could appreciate that decision though and made use of the countless swimming spots around the area instead. You cannot go wrong with a stay here!

Long term rental
We stayed in the condo from mid January until the end of March. The condo was absolutely spotless on arrival, and it had everything we could possibly need and more. My kids loved being able to see the lights on at Cranmore and the wood stove was able to heat up the entire condo rather quickly. Jenny was readily available with the few questions we had an overall we had a fantastic stay. I would hands down recommend staying here.
