The property host, Beatriz, checked-in on us shortly after arrival to make certain the property was in good shape and that we had everything we needed. And, then after we checked out and got home my daughter realized she had left a somewhat expensive ring in a soap dish in the first floor bath room. I contaced Beatriz to explain the situation and she, in turn, got in touch with the cleaning crew. Beatriz then took possession of the ring and mailed in back via UPS. Just an example of how caring and accommodating the host was.....above and beyond as they say.

Beautiful location. Great stay!

Our stay at the beach house in Ponte Vedra was nothing short of exceptional! We usually stay out here twice a year and this property provided stunning ocean views and is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and part of the nicer part of Ponte Vedra Beach. The house itself was well furnished, spacious, stylishly decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.Mornings were spent drinking coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic, and evenings ended with a glass of wine and the sound of the waves. The private beach access made it easy to enjoy long walks on the shore and stress-free beach days with the family. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home….plush linens, beach gear, and even games and books for rainy afternoons. Plus a bottle of wine left by the owners added a nice touch.Ponte Vedra is the perfect mix of relaxation and sophistication. The hosts were communicative, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect before and during our stay.We truly didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious, serene beach escape. Tyler & Angel

We have been coming to this area every spring for the past seven years, and this is hands down the best home we’ve stayed in. The home was spotlessly clean and spacious. The pictures are extremely accurate and the location is fantastic. The house was well equipped with beach gear: floats, toys, boogie boards, chairs umbrellas, kites, shovels, a wagon and lots of towels. The kitchen was also well equipped for a large group with plenty of silverware, plates, cups and cookware. We had one minor hiccup (which happens at rentals), and the host was extremely prompt in her response. Overall an excellent property and excellent host. We would stay here again!
