Surprised at how much the accommodations fit my own lifestyle. i grind fresh both salt and pepper. The kitchen had everything. Loved the outdoor set up. The location was great for us. Thank you for a lovely space to visit my son. I was able to spend a little time with my teenage grandchildren too. I am so grateful that I found you last minute. Sue Ann

Wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. Perfect yard for my dog. Other than the beds being a bit uncomfortable, the cottage was perfect. Grass Valley being a small tight knit community, my sister Vivian Tipton, knows the owners! 😊🌻😊

The property is well maintained and was nicely remodeled. Quiet neighborhood. The beds were not very comfortable and the shower hot water stream was not consistent. Overall, a nice property.

This is a very comfortable and convenient property. Matthew responded to our communications very quickly, and we had no problems with reserving and checking in to the cottage. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

This is the nicest cottage we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. We've spent many vacations in various cabins and cottages in the Sierra and north coast over the years and this is the best, bar none! Obviously it has been totally redone inside so it is super clean and well equipped.

My daughter & I took a quick weekend trip home to Nev Co and Quartz Cottage was the perfect cottage for us to go in/out of. Great location, cozy decor. Loved it!

Super easy communication with our hosts. Love that they were quick to respond. We stayed in January and it was pretty chilly but all of the space heaters in each room were accommodating and more than enough to fight off the chill. Highly recommend!

Matthew has shown pride in his property and has wonderful touches throughout.
We are picky on our VRBO and with the cleanliness and new split A/C, fenced yard for our dog we were very pleased. The shower is large with soft water. The location worked out great. They really tight of everything.

Lovely cottage great location
Matthew and Wendy’s house provides a wonderful space for staying in grass Valley. It’s adorably furnished, has a great patio grill, very dog friendly, and walking distance to town. Overall it’s a lovely place and I highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I were visiting family in Grass Valley and this cottage was perfect for the visit. It was close to everything, clean and comfortable and Matthew was great to work with. We will absolutely book again!
